How do we pay?
For now, payment is arranged directly with us. Create an account or write to us and we'll get back to you.
What happens to our data if we move from Pro to Basic?
Nothing is deleted. Pro records are kept and hidden, and they come back when you return to Pro.
Can we export all our data?
Yes, on every plan: records, evidence and the audit trail, in one package that can be verified.
Where is our data stored?
The application and database run in the EU, in Frankfurt. Each company's data is separated by rules enforced in the database itself.
Does iQuality make us ISO 9001 compliant?
No software can do that on its own. Conformity depends on how your organization runs its quality management system, and certification is granted by a certification body. iQuality helps you plan, record and follow up the work, and keep the evidence an auditor will ask to see.
Can we move from Basic to Pro later?
Yes. Your records stay where they are, and the Pro modules are added to the same workspace. Send us a message to arrange it.
